What is cultural policy in Cleveland and local governments in Cuyahoga County?

You told us it was an area for discussion. We've nailed down about 90% of our strategic plan based on what we heard from you in surveys, focus groups and key interviews. Now, as CPAC and the arts and culture sector enter a new era, we need to understand some nuances of what the field looks like today before we solidify objectives. What policies are in place? Who are the players? What are the new challenges? What are the initiatives?
